Owing to popular demand, we are hosting another Gut Health workshop with nutritionist, Sofie Van Kempen on Gut Health and in partnership with Source Bulk Foods Springfield. This time Sofie will be demonstrating how to make fermented foods at home. Such as fermented vegetables (sauerkraut & kimchi) along with fermented beverages (kombucha & kefir). Sofie will also talk about how implementing fermented foods can assist with your gut health as well as how to introduce them into your diet. She will also discuss how your lifestyle choices can be negatively impacting your gut health and easy ways to improve your gut health through your everyday choices.
There'll be gut health product taste testings available and all attendees will receive a 10% discount at Source Bulk Foods Springfield on the day.

Books that will be of focus on the night and that we will be discussing at the end of the workshop will be uploaded this week. They will be cook books & recipe books for making fermented drinks and food at home.
