Shan and Sofie will be discussing the importance of gut health and why you should incorporate fermented foods into your diet and how you will benefit from them. We will demonstrate recipes for aloe water, a digestive tonic, kombucha, coconut yoghurt, fermented vegetables and bone broth as well as give out taste testers.
The workshop will include time for questions and discussion at the end.
What you need to bring: just yourself. We will be sending out the recipes in an email afterward the workshop so it is up to you if you want to bring a pen and paper along.
Option 1, costing $35 per head, includes a workshop ticket.
Option 2, costing $55 per head, includes a workshop ticket and starter kombucha kit, (including a scoby culture & kombucha) everything you need to get started on your home made gut remedies straight away!
