Nutritionist Sofie van Kempen and Shan Cooper are bringing their Crap Free Christmas workshop to The Source Bulk Foods Springfield!
Shan and I are here to help you stay on track during the festive season with our Crap Free Christmas Workshop! Because I believe we have all gotten a little sick of feeling like crap over the Christmas period when the food can still taste just as good, IF NOT BETTER without the crappy ingredients.
Think healthy rum balls, Christmas stuffing, lychee mojitos, gingerbread bliss balls, veggie loaded dips. All the delicious recipes we devour over the festive season will be demonstrated in this workshop.
What to bring: just yourself and a hungry belly. We will email all of the recipes out after the workshop.
Caters for: all recipes are dairy free, gluten free, refined sugar free and can cater for vegans/vegetarians. However some of the taste testers might have egg or honey we will let you know at the workshop.
