Refund Policy

Mad Millie products, downloadable ebooks & workshop ticket purchases made on www.healyourgut.net are non-refundable. In the case where a purchase error is made please contact us via sofiev@healyourgut.net to discuss a resolution.

Note: This refund policy stands due to the nature of my online store, however please remember I want my customers to be happy so do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to discuss anything.

In the event of a product being damaged during transit, please send an email including photos of the product packaging & the damaged product to sofiev@healyourgut.net to organise a solution.
