Nutritionist Sofie van Kempen and Shan Cooper are excited to be hosting a "Veggie Loaded Snacks & Treats" Workshop at The Source Bulk Foods Toowoomba utilising their amazing range of bulk goods in store.
The girls love to cook pure unadulterated food that is not only good for the body but also good for the soul. This workshop is designed to help you gain confidence in the kitchen and assist you to take control of your own health through healing foods and recipes. All of our workshops focus upon utilising simple, real food to make delicious healthy recipes that don't take hours slaving away in the kitchen because really who does have the time... not us!
Recipes will be a variety of healthy snack & treat options loaded with vegetables such as cauliflower based dairy free ice cream, kombucha based green smoothies, low sugar bliss balls, veggie loaded dips just to give you an idea of what you are in for!
What to bring: just yourself and a hungry belly. We will email all of the recipes out after the workshop.
Caters for: all recipes are dairy free, gluten free, refined sugar free and can cater for vegans/vegetarians. However some of the taste testers might have egg or honey.
