This is my incredibly popular and favourite (nearly 1kg!!) Paleo Chrissy Cake after so many requests to produce this packet mix here we are. I am so proud to bring this product to you all.

REAL FOOD INGREDIENTS

Almond meal, currants, apricots, sultanas, cranberries, pecans, mixed spice, ground cinnamon, ground ginger & vanilla powder.

CONTAINS TREE NUTS (almonds & pecans)

Store in a cool dry place

WHAT YOU NEED

2 tbsp brandy

2 tbsp coconut oil

3 eggs

1 orange juiced (90mls)

1tbsp orange zest

Note: if you wish to make alcohol free just add a tablespoon of coconut oil to replace.

You can also use any oil for the cake.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 150’C and prepare a 20cm cake tin with baking paper (springform works best otherwise a silicone cake mould).

Pour all the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix through the wet ingredients until combined. Spoon the batter into a cake tin and place into the oven to bake for 1hour and 30 mins. Check with a skewer, if not fully cooked return to the oven with alfoil over the top (to prevent burning) for another 30 minutes.
