4 Ingredient PB Choc Fudge

4 ingredient Choc + PB fudge /chocolate 🍫🍫 kind of situation is what we are having for dessert tonight 🙌🏽 one from the archives!

1/2 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup cacao powder

3 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter)

1/4-1/2 cup honey (or rice malt/maple)

1-2tbsp gelatine or collagen (optional)

Add all ingredients to a saucepan on a low heat. Melt & combine well - stirring consistently to stop cacao burning. Pour mixture into a container lined with baking paper. Place in the freezer to set for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy 🤤

You can make this as sweet as you like depending on your taste buds. .
