Choc Peppermint Bliss Balls

RECIPE BELOW πŸ€™πŸΌ Choc Mint Bliss Balls 😏 oh lord these are good. Shan and I whipped up a batch similar at our weekend workshop and having my period and all it was only necessary I made like 40 to eat... and I have done exactly that! Always reach for your dreams πŸ˜‚


Ingredients

* 10 medjool dates

* 1 cup desiccated coconut

* 3 tbsp cacao powder

* 2 tbsp nut butter or coconut butter (that’s what I used & it’s lunchbox friendly)

* 2 tbsp cacao nibs

* 2-3 drops peppermint essential oil (make sure it’s a brand you can consume!!)

* sprinkle of sea salt


Want to add in some protein? I added in 3 tbsp of @botanikablends chocolate hazelnut protein as well as a couple of scoops of collagen powder πŸ’ͺ🏼 Add the medjool dates to your food processor & blitz until they form like a date paste. Add the rest of the ingredients in and blend until done. Roll into balls and freeze as medjool dates don’t freeze hard plus hopefully you forget about them and don’t eat them all in one seating. If your balls are too sloppy add in some more coconut if they are too dry add in some more nut butter or dates.
