Immuni-tea Gut Gummies π
Currently stocking up on post birth breastfeeding snacks. These are my immune supporting gut gummies I make using the @pukkaherbsaustralia turmeric gold tea (made with organic turmeric, lemon fruit, cardamom and whole leaf green tea), fresh ginger, raw honey, lemon juice and grass fed gelatin. Focusing on replenishing my nutrients, reducing inflammation thanks to the powerful herbal addition of turmeric found in the tea, protecting my immune system and supporting my gut. I find gummies so easy to snack on throughout the day and feel they will come in handy with a newborn as everyone tells me itβs a rare occasion that you drink your tea or coffee whilst itβs hot!
Ingredients
2 x Pukka Turmeric Gold teabags
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup raw honey
1 tsp grated ginger
2 tbsp grass fed gelatin
Method
Add all ingredients into a sauce pan, warm on the stove on a low heat until the gelatin dissolves.
Once dissolved, pour mixture into a tray or ice cube moulds
Set in the fridge or freezer
