Mango, Coconut & Collagen Chia Puddings

Coconut Mango Collagen Chia Puddings ๐Ÿฅฅ๐Ÿฅญ


Ingredients:

1/2 banana ๐ŸŒ

1/2 mango

1 cup coconut milk

2 tbsp @proteinsuppliesaustralia pure collagen powder (disc code โ€œsofie10โ€)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/3 cup coconut yoghurt (for added fats - optional)


Method:

Blend banana, mango, milk, collagen and vanilla extract. Mix in the chia seeds and coconut yoghurt. Pour into jars and set in the fridge for an on the go brekkies or snacks ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ


You can totally mix up the fruit in this recipe ... you could use peaches or berries or add in some cacao powder with nut butter for a chocolatey flavour ๐Ÿ˜‰


Once set in the fridge top with granola or muesli ๐Ÿคค
