Sofie’s whole philosophy around health is that if it isn’t easy it isn’t happening. This is the basis of her recipe creation. You won’t see ingredient lists of 20 ingredients with 5 of those ingredients being words you have never seen before with no idea how you even find them… possibly the black market? However I hear through the grapevine poo of the yak is on sale at the moment. Sofie utilises real food to make real recipes that provide you real nutrients. No ‘self proclaimed superfoods’ in these recipes… apart from liver because that stuff really is the sh*t. Lets be honest no one has time to faff about in the kitchen with our busy lives so these recipes have been kiss’d. Keep It Simple Stupid.
The recipes are all the FREES… always dairy free, soy free, gluten free and refined sugar free. Sometimes nut free or egg free… however never fun free!
